Taster days

The School of History at Queen Mary offers a series of Taster Days open to Year 12 students from all over the UK.

If you are thinking of applying to university, Taster Days are a great opportunity to experience a day as a university student, learn more about the courses we offer, explore our Mile End campus, and get advice on preparing your UCAS application.

Queen Mary was recently named as the 7th best history department in the UK in the Guardian University Guide, 2016. We have the second best staff-to-student ratio in the UK and are joint second for "spending per student". Come and see for yourself what we have to offer!

When to visit

In 2017 we will hold Taster Days on the following dates:

  • Monday 26 June
  • Tuesday 27 June
  • Wednesday 28 June
