'History of Histories' Symposium
A major symposium on historiography will be hosted by Queen Mary at the Institute of Historical Research on the afternoon of Friday 17 October 2008 to mark the publication of Professor John Burrow's new book, A History of Histories: Epics, Chronicles, Romances and Inquiries from Herodotus and Thucydides to the Twentieth Century.
